Two individuals are now facing charges following a luggage theft where a substance thought to be capsaicin spray led to people being hurt at the UK's busiest airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two counts of robbery and charges for using a harmful chemical, authorities have stated.
These accusations come after an probe of an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Prior to the attack, two female travelers had their luggage stolen after getting out of a parking garage elevator, authorities reported.
